Private Villa Design

Collaboration with different firms always helped clients to obtain their dream homes. This villa design was a collaboration of Mi and Nagshe Ideh. Client requested a villa where he could accommodate guests and family members with a full private corner for himself. The programming and analysis of this project led us to solve spatial needs in three levels. First level to greet guests and provide an open area for mingling. Second level to accommodate guests and families. Third level was created as the ultimate private space. Each of the levels divided to their own sub spaces to provide different level of privacy/intimacy.

First level is divided to three spaces. First space is an open general space to be used as a filter for other spaces. Second space is the kitchen to support first level’s needs. Third space is a more private and intimate space.
